Hand Insurance Agency does not guarantee specific premium amounts, plan availability, or approval of any application. Final enrollment decisions are made by the insurance carrier or the federal Marketplace.

Hand Insurance Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and insurance carriers. We are not the insurance company and are not responsible for claims decisions, coverage disputes, or carrier actions. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide as a licensed insurance agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hand Insurance Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any insurance products we assist you in obtaining.
We use third-party platforms including the federal Health Insurance Marketplace (healthcare.gov), insurance carrier portals, and CRM tools to provide our services.
